Refund policy

 Exchanges 
Must contact us within 3 days of receiving your items, if 3 days have gone by since your received your product,  unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. If you noticed there is an error that Exclusive Slides caused such as misspellings, uncentered photos/logos then we will exchange the slides for another pair with the issues corrected. Please reach out to us within 3 days so you can be eligible for an exchange. We make the slides exactly how you want them, we will not refund or exchange the slides because you don't like the way they came out. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, please review our size charts with the exact measurements to help you choose the correct size. Each sandal is custom made from scratch and can not be swapped due to size errors, they will have to be remade and repurchased at a discounted price. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Slides must be unused the soles should not show any signs or wear and tear and must be placed in the same packaging it was sent in.

To complete your return, you must send the items back at your expense. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error WILL not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

You have up to 48 hours after purchasing to request a FULL refund. Since we sell custom products we typically DO NOT GIVE OUT refunds. We understand that certain situations occur and we will approve refunds at our discretion, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total price as well as a design / restocking fee.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1204 w Gardena Blvd unit d Gardena ca 90247

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
